The role includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing user accounts, resolving network connectivity problems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The candidate will handle ticket management, remote support, system updates, antivirus checks, and basic server/network assistance. Strong communication skills, quick problem-solving ability, and customer service attitude are essential.
