Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
• Configure and install operating systems and applications on user devices.
• Utilize ticketing tools to track and manage support requests efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Outlook and other office applications.
• Assist users with configuration and setup of their devices, ensuring optimal performance.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on operating systems and software.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (OS) and software installation.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience with ticketing tools and support processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and other productivity applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
