What we are looking for Role: Desktop Support Management Experience Range: 3 - 6 years Location: Mumbai Interview Mode: Telephonic Must Have: a strong Knowledge on managing end user issues Manage Meeting room and Video conf issues remotely Joiner and leaver management Analyzing OS and patching Triage & Coordinate with Service desk team Good to Have: Intune experience Essential: Manage end user issues on desktops Support desktop engineering team where required Manage Printers Managing issues with meeting room and conf room Triage & Manage incidents for desktop related issues Ensuring documentation and knowledge articles are accurate and maintained Support desktop engineering team for Patching Responsible for testing and deploying Win 10 Feature Updates Minimum Qualification: •15 years of full-time education •Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable) Show more Show less
