Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. 2. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.). 3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop systems, including hardware failures, software conflicts, and network connectivity problems. 4. Assist with software installations, updates, and patch management. 5. Support IT team in maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets. 6. Document and track support requests using the company’s ticketing system. 7. Assist in setting up and configuring new user accounts and workstations. 8. Provide support for remote users as needed. 9. Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and initiatives. 10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT and security.
