Desktop Support executive

You will be responsible for providing Desktop Support as a Desktop Support Executive at our location in Sec-132, Noida. With 1-3 years of experience, your key responsibilities will include the following: Networking Support: - Troubleshoot and maintain LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity. - Configure and manage network devices like routers, switches, and access points. - Resolve network-related issues for seamless communication. Hardware Support: - Diagnose and repair hardware issues in desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. - Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of computer hardware. - Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements. Infrastructure & System Management: - Handle LAN, EPBAX, DVR, and server-related troubleshooting. - Perform routine checks and maintenance on servers for uptime. - Configure and manage EPBAX systems and surveillance (DVR) setups. Software Installation & Troubleshooting: - Install, configure, and update operating systems and application software. - Provide support for commonly used software and enterprise applications. - Ensure system security by updating antivirus and security patches. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field with a strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems. Hands-on experience with networking concepts, troubleshooting tools, EPBAX, DVR, and basic server administration is essential. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are also required.
