Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily Compound Mixing , Testing & Lab operations. Ensure Incoming raw materials Testing , in-process Inspections, and finished goods Testing to meet specified quality standards and customer requirements. Perform and review testing of rubber compounds and products as per ASTM/ISO standards. Analyze test data and report trends to identify process improvement opportunities. Work closely with production and R&D teams for new compound / product development , trials and product validations. Handle internal and external audits, including ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, and customer audits. Manage calibration and maintenance schedules for lab equipment and instruments. Train and guide lab personnel on testing procedures and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards. Prepare and maintain documentation as per RDSO (Research Designs and Standards Organisation) requirements, IATF & ISO 9001 requirements. Support RDSO audits and approvals for relevant rubber products and components.
