Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rubber Technologist based in Baddi, HP, India. The Rubber Technologist will be responsible for developing, testing, and improving rubber compounds, products and third party inspections. Daily tasks include conducting research, performing quality checks, overseeing production processes, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Expertise in rubber compounding, formulation, and processing Experience in quality control and testing of rubber products Knowledge of industrial rubber applications and products Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work on-site in Delhi Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Previous experience in the rubber industry related to railway products is a plus Show more Show less
