Job Description

  • MAC OS and iOS installation and troubleshooting, backup/restore etc.
  • Manage and support Top Management meetings (video conferencing setup using different type of Audio Video devices, connectivity on MS teams, Zoom platform).
  • Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device and endpoint management across the organization.
  • Admin level support for Email Solutions likeo365, G-Suite configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Endpoint Backup Solutions like Druva etc.
  • Deliver hands-on support for mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, Android phones, tablets) used by C-level executives and top management.
  • Provide day-to-day basic level support for Active Directory.
  • Create, disable, and delete user accounts as per request.
  • Good Experience on Audio Video conferencing
  • Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology. (Preferred).
  • Diploma/Degree in computer hardware and electronics from a reputed institute.
