Job Description Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals. Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues. Configuration and troubleshooting for Network Printers Backup Solutions like Symantec, Druva etc. Email Solutions like o365, Gsuite configuration and troubleshooting. Experience on Audio Video conferencing Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues. Good written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology. (Preferred) Diploma/Degree in computer hardware and electronics from a reputed institute.
