Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair hardware issues in desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Excel Mastery for Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain complex daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards primarily using advanced Excel features. Manage the configuration and usage of the Inventory Management Software/Tool used for IT assets. Conduct periodic physical audits and reconciliation of IT assets to ensure the physical inventory matches the MIS records. Maintain and update a comprehensive IT asset inventory database (hardware and software licenses) with accurate and real-time information. Generate regular and ad-hoc MIS reports and dashboards on inventory levels, asset utilization, asset age, maintenance schedules, and replacement forecasts. Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential shortages, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost optimization.
Hardware Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary on-site technical expert for diagnosing and resolving complex hardware failures affecting desktops and laptops (e.g., windows installation ,basic software installation, non-boot issues, display failures, memory errors, hard drive/SSD failures, overheating). must have DL and two wheller driving knowdge
