We are hiring for Desktop Support Engineers/ System Admin at our corporate Office.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Install and configure software, hardware, and networks
2. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
3. Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls4. Upgrade systems with new releases and models5. Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies6. Create and maintain documentation, including network layouts and standard operating procedures7. Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core services
8. Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
9. Experience with networks (LAN, WAN).10. Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)11. Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
Qualification:
1. BE/ BSc/ Diploma in computer science or information technology.
2. 2+ years proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
3. Knowledge of computer hardware systems, printers, and peripherals.
4. Knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
5. Basic knowledge of network concepts.
6. Ability to solve hardware, basic network, and software issues.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills.
8. Good in written and verbal communication.
