Role: Desktop Support Engineer,
Experience in Inventory and asset management.
Knowledge in MDM - Android & IOS devices is a plus.
Proven skills in remote troubleshooting, deployment, and desktop support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (in person and
via phone) with peers, management, contractors, and vendors.
Advanced Linux systems administration skills.
Strong troubleshooting skills of very complex systems and ability to explain
complex IT concepts in simple terms
Ability to manage high priority projects
Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision
Graduate with 15 years of education.
1 to 3 years of IT Support or relevant experience.
1+ Years of experience in one or more of the following: Microsoft
Administration, Linux Administration, or Cisco IOS (CLI)
1+ years of experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and
Liquidation
1+ years IT experience with Office 365 support, client, server, and network
service delivery.
Work mode:
Workday from Office
5 days working ( Monday to Friday).
