Desktop Support Engineer

Resolving End Point Issues of the users.
Providing basic level of Servers/Network and support on backup & peripherals. Troubleshoot on standard Applications and Operating System. For non-standard application, ACG to provide the requisite training for support Installation and Support of Windows XP, Windows7, Windows 8, Windows 10 Provide basic support on SAP GUI installation, O365, Lotus Notes, Anti-Virus and Software Installation and Video Conferencing (VC) Management Provide basic support on Active Directory, Group Policies Troubleshooting and Update anti-virus/anti-malware system periodically as per the policy and procedure followed by Customer Recording & updating IT related tickets (incidents, service requests, events) assigned Route calls to vendors in case of issues related to vendors Escalate incidents and Issues to appropriate Customer Stakeholders groups Resolve incidents within the given SLA

ENGINEER SKILL SET

• L2 Engineers with minimum 1 years experience in Desktop/Laptop Support with basic level of Server/Network understanding along with backup support. • Should have previous experience in SAP GUI installation, O365, Lotus Notes, Anti-Virus and Software Installation. • Should have working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies. • Good Technical knowledge on MS office and Windows OS, Basic Server and Network Knowledge and Backup Knowledge. Should have experience in working on ITIL tool • University Education: 3years Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or MCA or its equivalent • MCSE or CCNA, and certification in Hardware and Advance Networking from reputed institute like Jetking, CMS etc. • Good Communication Skill and Presentable
