Desktop Support Engineer L1/L2

We're #Hiring: #DesktopSupport Engineer
Location: Gurugram | Work Mode: Onsite | Type: Full-Time
CTC: ₹3.24 LPA | In-hand Salary: ₹21,500/month

What You’ll Do

Support #Outlook setup, PST/OST management, backup & recovery
Manage Windows systems, perform updates & tune performance
Handle user onboarding/offboarding and asset tracking
Troubleshoot OneDrive sync issues & assist in cloud migrations
Work with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice)
Provide L1/L2 support for networks, printers & end-user devices

What You Bring

Hands-on experience with #Outlook & Windows OS
Familiarity with #ITSM tools & asset management platforms
Working knowledge of Active Directory, #OneDrive, and user administration
Strong troubleshooting skills & clear communication abilities

Eligibility Requirements

Minimum 15 years of formal education (full-time/regular mode)
Salary must have been credited to a bank account (cash payments not accepted)
Must provide:
Educational qualification documentsExperience proof from all previous employers (relieving letters, experience certificates, pay slips)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 per month
