1) Good written and verbal communication in English
2) Good Technical Knowledge in Operating Systems MS Office / Outlook Proxy Agents -Antivirus /DLP
3) Customer Centric approach
4)First level support for all FCR-able incidents
5)Good Understanding of Service Now as a tool –
6)Ticket logging for all the issues and requests received
7) Log tickets with correct priority and category
8) Assign tickets to correct bins on time
9) Follow ups with relevant IT team members on tickets pending for action
10) Adhere to SLAs for Servicedesk.
