Desktop Support Engineer

As a Desktop Support Engineer based in Sanand, Ahmedabad district, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users in a timely and efficient manner. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems - Troubleshoot network connectivity issues - Ensure the security and confidentiality of data - Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in desktop support - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in both general and rotational shifts - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Please note that this is a full-time position with a six-day working week.
