IT Support L2 Gurugram (Short Notice Period Preferred)- DLF Cybercity

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge in ServiceNow, Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, CCTV, Attendance System, VOIP, Door Access, and Asset Management.
Good knowledge of network protocols, passive LAN cabling, and network switch configuration.
Hands-on experience with Audio/Video device operations.
Expertise in IT tools, hardware, software, and end-user support.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Solution-oriented, soft-spoken, and a good listener.
Vendor coordination for end-to-end issue resolution.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
Ownership of tasks/projects with timely delivery.
Team player with adaptability to shifting priorities.
Compliance with site EHS and business guidelines.
