We work on the following areas: IT INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES SECURITY AND MANAGED IT SERVICES COLLABORATION PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION DATA CENTER SOLUTION Role & responsibilities Provide technical support for end users with desktop, laptop, and video conferencing issues. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for end users Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and MacOS operating systems. Support operating systems (Windows 10/11, MacOS). Perform system upgrades and software / application installation. Configure and support basic video conferencing applications such as Teams, Zoom. Document all support incidents and resolutions in ticketing system (if any). If there is no ticketing system, engineer to maintain daily tickets and tasks in Google sheet or Excel sheet as per the requirement. Maintain hardware and software inventory in Excel sheet. If there is a hardware failure, Engineer will co-ordinate with respective vendor to replace the parts. The candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in end user management Preferred candidate profile
