As a Desktop L2 Support at our Prabhadevi location, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 desktop support for hardware, software, and networking issues. Your key duties will include troubleshooting and resolving escalated tickets efficiently, managing system installations, configurations, and upgrades, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and collaborating with teams for issue resolution and process improvement. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in desktop support with strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and remote troubleshooting tools.
