Job Description

You should have strong technical skills encompassing proficiency in hardware, software, and networking technologies. Your problem-solving abilities should be top-notch, allowing you to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills are essential for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users and providing clear instructions. Customer service skills are crucial to interact with users professionally and helpfully. You should possess knowledge of various operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and other common systems, as well as familiarity with IT infrastructure including network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services. As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include hardware and software management, troubleshooting and problem-solving, user support and inventory management, collaboration, and following the escalation matrix. This position is full-time and requires working day shifts, evening shifts, from Monday to Friday, with the work location being in person. In addition to the challenging work environment, you will also be entitled to benefits such as paid sick time and Provident Fund.,
