Desktop Field Engineer

Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, you should have strong technical skills covering proficiency in hardware, software, and networking technologies. You must possess excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users effectively and provide clear instructions. Customer service skills are crucial to interact with users professionally and helpfully. A good understanding of various operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and other common systems is required, along with familiarity with IT infrastructure, including network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services.
