Experience in managing Desktop Engineering tools, products, processes etc covering Application packaging, Desktop build management, GPO, GPP, SCCM/Intune/MECM etc
Experience in troubleshooting performance related issues escalated by L2 teams covering group policies, builds, SCCM/Intune etc.
Do a trend analysis of ticket trends and propose improvements
Create, manage and approve knowledge articles
Provide 1:1 support to Platinum and Gold users
Good understanding and knowledge Windows Active directory and Azure AD
Good communication
Knowledgeable in ITIL concepts [Incident Management, Problem Management etc.].
Basic support experience on Windows/Unix Servers, Network Devices, Backup.
