DESKTOP ENGINEER L1

As a Desktop Engineer L1 at our company located in Vikhroli West, Mumbai / Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for providing desktop L1 support. Your duties will include managing service desk calls and tasks, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, troubleshooting hardware/software and network problems, maintaining office LAN environment and Wi-Fi, managing user and computer accounts, performing patch management, coordinating with vendors, and handling various other IT activities as required. Key Responsibilities: - Manage service desk calls and tasks including assigning, updating, follow-ups, and closure - Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems - Troubleshoot hardware/software and network problems - Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops and desktops - Maintain office LAN environment and Wi-Fi, DNS configurations - Handle printer configuration, sharing, and troubleshooting for local and network printers - Manage user accounts and computer assets - Perform patch management on desktops and laptops - Coordinate with vendors and other teams for on-call support and issue resolution - Perform half-yearly PM activities - Troubleshoot Outlook and email-related issues - Handle activities such as asset movement, asset allocations, O365 migrations, domain management, and antivirus tasks Qualifications Required: - Diploma in IT, Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking Tech., BSc IT, BCom, BCA, BE, MBA IT, MCITP, MCA, CCNA, CCNP, MCA in IT, Computer Hardware & Networking, BSc Hardware & Networking, Diploma in Computer Technology, Hardware & Network Expert, Diploma in Computer Information Technology, M Tech Computer Science & Engineering, Hardware & Networking, Basics of Hardware and Networking, Information Technology, BTech in Computer Science & Technology, Advance diploma in computer hardware networking, Information Technology, MSc Computer Technology,
