Job Title: Web Designer (WordPress Specialist)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with strong WordPress experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, excellent knowledge of WordPress themes and plugins, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build responsive websites using WordPress
• Customize WordPress themes and templates to meet client or project requirements
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and usability
• Maintain and update existing WordPress websites
• Create design mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Troubleshoot design-related issues and implement design best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing websites using WordPress
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Familiarity with popular WordPress plugins (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, WooCommerce)
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 1–3+ years of proven experience in designing and building WordPress websites
• Solid understanding of WordPress themes, page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery), and plugin integrations
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, especially WordPress sites
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or Photoshop
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices
• Knowledge of SEO basics, website speed optimization, and performance tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
