Job Description

18 10 Years experience in Two wheeler (Scooters/Bilkes) in Design and Development of two wheeler plastic & Sheet metal components meeting design and functional requirements2Material Selection: Choose suitable materials for plastic components considering durability, cost, and manufacturability
3Expertise in 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation using CAD software CATIA V54Vehicle layouts, performing feasibility studies, and interacting with various teams like development, styling, and suppliers
5Evaluating the feasibility of styling aspects, considering interfaces, joints, tooling orientation, and master sections6DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly)7Utilizing CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) tools for analysis, such as FEA (Finite Element Analysis), and incorporating feedback from simulations
8Familiarity with relevant automotive standards and regulations (eg, AIS, IEC, FMVSS9Ability to manage design activities, meet deadlines, and work effectively within a project team
