DESIGNER

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of sample creation for veneers and laminates. This includes ensuring accurate color matching, texture consistency, and finishing of samples. You will also be maintaining a structured inventory of sample materials and swatches. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with the production and design team to develop and update sample books, display boards, and marketing collaterals. - Work closely with the sales and marketing team to understand sample requirements and ensure timely dispatch. - Maintain optimal stock levels of samples, accessories, and packaging materials. - Manage the logistics of sample dispatches across regions, showrooms, and customer locations. - Ensure that all samples adhere to company quality standards and specifications. - Address feedback from sales teams or customers regarding sample issues and take corrective action. - Continuously review and improve the sampling process to reduce turnaround time and costs. - Implement systems for better tracking and reporting of sample movement. Qualification Required: - Graduate or Diploma in Interior Design, Product Management, Fashion Designing, or related field. - Strong knowledge of veneer and laminate products, surface finishes, and color matching. - Excellent coordination and organizational skills. - Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management tools. - Experience of 2+ years in a relevant field. - Preferred industry experience in laminates, veneer, plywood, or building materials industry is highly desirable.
