Designer - Senior

Role Overview: At Gensler, you will collaborate with the design team to develop innovative design solutions for large scale mixed-use projects. As a Senior Designer, you will lead the design process through construction documentation, demonstrating innovative thinking and contributing to high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities: - Ideate with the Design Director and team to create innovative designs for complex challenges - Participate in all project phases from conceptual designs to construction documents - Collaborate with various stakeholders to meet project objectives - Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings - Utilize hand rendering techniques for communicating design concepts - Work on concurrent projects in different stages of development - Mentor and coach junior staff members - Participate in office culture and initiatives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or foreign equivalent - 10+ years of related project experience, preferably in commercial-led and residential-led mixed-use projects - Registered Architect - Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes - LEED accreditation is a plus Additional Company Details: Gensler is committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through various strategies.
