Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Consultant at Mon Chéri. The role is based in Gurugram but offers flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include conducting deep market/customer research, run surveys, support in R&D of development of prototype, designs of bra, supporting in finding vendors for pattern making and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fashion Designing or minimum 2 years of on ground experience in Bra/Lingerie designing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and collaborate with diverse teams
• Excellent response time and virtual availability - this project will be alot of brainstorming and research - so need the teammates to be available to collaborate on proactive basis!
• Network and connects with Pattern Makers and Manufacturing houses is a plus!
