Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain layouts using

  HTML and CSS

  for web-based media.
• Create high-quality designs, graphics, and layouts for both

  online (60%)

  and

  print (40%)

  deliverables.
• Use tools such as

  Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

  to produce professional and visually engaging content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with project and brand requirements.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to design standards across all outputs.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  

Requirements

• Experience:

  Minimum 3–10 years in digital and print media design.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficient in HTML, CSS, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Media Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of digital media (web, social, interactive) and print production processes.

• Communication:

  Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.

• Flexibility:

  Willingness to work in

  rotational shifts

  as per business requirements.
• Strong creativity, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in publishing, eLearning, or K-12 education content design.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with digital publishing platforms.
