Make a difference every day! **Key Responsibilities:** - Under the direction of Intake Manager, Design and Production managers, provide production and post-production support for marketing sales literature, infographics, fillable forms, presentations, and other ad hoc requests - Assess project requests and ensure that all relevant information is included to ensure the projects are delivered on time; communicate with requestors to review and request missing data - Self-review all deliverables for layout, consistency, and brand compliance; maintain 100% Quality during all stages - Be familiar with Accessible Communications standards (AODA / ADA WCAG); be willing to learn the process for remediation - Practice/maintain diligent file management; organize and archive files according to established departmental processes - Become proficient in utilizing the web-based job trafficking system (Aprimo) to manage all production tasks - Learn and become an expert on Invesco brand guidelines and content structure; ensure all communications align with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity **Work Experience / Knowledge:** - 2+ years of working experience in graphic design and content creation, preferably in a content production team; supporting multiple internal or external clients in a high-traffic design environment - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects) and other relevant design tools; proficiency in creating charts in Adobe Illustrator - Maintain and build upon knowledge of industry-standard software for video editing, motion graphics, page layout, infographics, typography, print production, and photo manipulation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) - Familiarity with PDF remediation / Accessibility knowledge (WCAG Guidelines 2.0) is a plus **Skills/Other Personal Attributes Required:** - Ability to work independently and with the team; flexible to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines maintaining quality standards - Ability to review/troubleshoot files and provide effective, thoughtful solutions to issues in a professional and productive manner - Effectively communicate with a variety of individuals at all technical levels across our global network - Team player ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team - Open-minded, flexible, and willing to listen to other opinions - Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented - Strong verbal communication skills are a must; fluent business English is paramount.
