Designer and Operations Head

We're Hiring! We’re looking for a full time designer to join us on-site in Mumbai (5-Day work week) Salary: Negotiable Seeking someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about menswear design with a strong understanding of backend operations. Key Responsibilities: 1) Create khakha designs and technical sketches for production 2) Design new menswear silhouettes in line with brand aesthetics 3) Coordinate sourcing of fabrics, trims, and accessories 4) Manage inventory of materials, samples, and finished goods 5) Oversee packing and perform quality control checks 6) Ensure brand consistency across all warehouse-level operations What We're Looking For: - Strong design foundation with knowledge of menswear construction - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or otheer design tools - Experience in sourcing, inventory, and production processes - Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to work independently Why Join Darzi House?
