Design Teacher

As a Design Teacher at Pathways School Gurgaon, your role will involve lesson planning, teaching design courses, and developing curriculum aligned with the International Baccalaureate programmes. You will be responsible for guiding students in design projects, providing hands-on learning opportunities, and nurturing creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Collaboration with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience for the students will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop lesson plans for design courses - Teach and guide students in Product Design and Digital Design - Align curriculum with International Baccalaureate programmes - Provide hands-on learning experiences for students - Foster creative thinking and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with colleagues to improve the learning experience Qualifications Required: - Skills in Lesson Planning, Teaching, and Curriculum Development - Expertise in Product Design/Digital Design - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in teaching IB MYP & DP is a plus - Ability to engage with students from diverse backgrounds - Bachelor's degree in Design or related field; a teaching certification is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with the right degree.
