Design specialist

As an Interior Designer at NoBroker.com, you will play a crucial role in providing design solutions to customers and converting leads into happy customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Interacting with customers to fully understand their design requirements. - Working closely with the sales team to convert potential leads into satisfied customers. - Managing the customer's project from inception to completion, involving tasks such as creating 2D-3D designs, presentations, BOQ, and quotes, and assisting customers with material selection. - Offering appropriate design consultation and educating customers on NoBroker's processes and terms. - Providing regular updates to both customers and management on the status and progress of projects. - Collaborating with merchant and fulfillment teams to ensure timely project delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. - Closing deals with customers, with a monthly sales target to achieve. This role is a blend of design and sales. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Previous experience in independently handling interior design projects. - In-depth knowledge of factory-made modular furniture, including kitchens, wardrobes, and other storage units. - Proficiency in translating customer requirements into 2D and 3D designs using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp. - Familiarity with engineered wood materials, wood finishes, and hardware used in modular kitchens and wardrobes. - Understanding of costing for modular furniture and the ability to interpret production drawings, BOQs, and cut lists. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.,
