Design Specialist HVAC

Role Overview: You will be joining The BIM Engineers as a full-time on-site Design Specialist HVAC in Gurugram, India. Your main responsibilities will include creating detailed HVAC designs, developing technical drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams. Additionally, you will conduct project reviews, resolve design challenges, optimize HVAC systems for energy efficiency, and ensure timely project completion. Your role will involve working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for complex design projects. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed HVAC designs and technical drawings - Ensure compliance with industry standards and codes - Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams for project delivery - Conduct project reviews and resolve design challenges - Optimize HVAC systems for energy efficiency - Collaborate with clients and internal teams for successful project outcomes Qualifications: - Proficiency in HVAC System Design, Load Calculations, and Equipment Selection - Experience with BIM tools such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar platforms - Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices for HVAC systems - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a multidisciplinary team - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications in HVAC or BIM are advantageous - 2+ years of experience in HVAC projects within the AEC industry is preferred,
