Design specialist- Design & sales

In this role at NoBroker.com, as a Design Consultant, you will have various responsibilities: - Interact with customers to thoroughly understand their Design Requirements. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert potential leads into satisfied customers. - Take charge of the customer's project from inception to completion, including creating 2D-3D designs, presentations, BOQ, and quotes, as well as assisting customers with material selection. - Offer appropriate design consultation, educating customers about NoBroker's processes and terms. - Provide regular updates to both customers and management regarding project status and progress. - Work in conjunction with merchant and fulfillment teams to ensure adherence to project delivery timelines and to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction. - Close deals with customers, meeting the monthly sales target. This role involves a mix of Design and Sales responsibilities. Desired Skills and Competencies: - Experience in independently managing interior design projects. - Profound understanding of factory-made modular furniture such as kitchens, wardrobes, and other storage units. - Proficiency in translating customer requirements into 2D & 3D designs using CAD software like AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp. - Knowledge of engineered wood materials, wood finishes, and hardware commonly used in modular kitchens and wardrobes. - Familiarity with costing for modular furniture, ability to interpret production drawings, BOQs, and Cut lists, etc. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.,
