Design & Sales Executive / Manager – Modular Kitchen, Wardrobe & Furniture
Samrat Interiors, Gurgaon (Sector 14)
Experience: 4–5 years (relevant industry)
Role Overview
We need a dynamic design & sales professional to handle walk‑in clients, create modular kitchen, wardrobe & furniture designs, close sales, and coordinate execution till handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients, understand requirements & budget.
- Produce layout plans using AutoCAD/SketchUp/3D.
- Present designs, suggest materials & finishes.
- Convert leads into sales; meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs & proposals; negotiate terms.
- Conduct site measurements, liaise with production & installation teams.
- Ensure timely execution, handle post‑handover queries.
- Maintain client database, follow‑ups & long‑term relationships.
Required Skills
- 4–5 years in modular kitchen/wardrobe/furniture design.
- Strong communication & client‑handling abilities.
- Sales & negotiation acumen.
- Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max).
- Knowledge of materials, hardware & finishes.
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
Preferred
- Experience with premium modular brands.
- Understanding of factory‑produced furniture.
