Education:

Bachelors or masters degree in electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or Instrumentation

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and review of DVP&R (Design Validation Plan & Report) for automotive electronic products
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, Ishikawa) on design and validation failures
Collaborate with design, validation and test teams for early design reviews (FMEA, D-FMEA)
Ensure traceability of requirements and design outputs for PPAP and APQP audits
Participate in supplier quality development and initial product inspections

Skills & Requirements

0–3 years’ experience in design validation, test or quality engineering
Exposure to automotive standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IATF16949) preferred
Familiarity with lab instruments, test setups, and quality tools (MSA, SPC)
