Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Design Manager specializing in residential interiors. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from concept to completion. This includes managing design projects, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, sourcing materials, supervising design teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role also involves coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Qualifications Experience in project management and managing design projects Strong skills in supervising design teams and collaborating with clients Technical skills in using design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp Knowledge of sourcing materials and working with contractors and suppliers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to deliver projects on-time and within budget Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Experience in residential interior design is a plus Show more Show less
