About the job

Reliance Brands Limited is seeking a Design Manager to lead store design concepts and execution for some of the world’s most iconic luxury and premium brands.

What you’ll do

  • Create and adapt store designs aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Projects & Real Estate to bring concepts to life.
  • Review drawings, layouts, and 3D renders.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all retail formats.

What we’re looking for

  • 7–12 years’ experience in retail design & roll-outs.
  • Degree in Architecture / Interior Design.
  • Strong creative & technical skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Ability to balance global design standards with local relevance.
