Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Design Lead to manage our interior design team and act as a key point of contact for clients. The role involves leading the design process from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of 3D designs and smooth coordination with execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of interior designers and 3D designers
Handle client discussions, design presentations, and approvals
Ensure 3D designs are finalized and released within agreed timelines
Coordinate with production and execution teams for smooth handover
Review designs for quality, feasibility, and cost alignment
Monitor project timelines and resolve design-related issues
Mentor and guide junior designers

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in residential/commercial interior design
Strong experience in client handling and team leadership
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic 3D understanding
Good knowledge of production drawings and site execution
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects

Location: Road no 5, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500033.

Salary: As per industry standards
