Design Lead - Material Handling

As a qualified candidate for the position located at the Head-Office in Noida, you should hold a B.Tech/BE/Diploma in Mechanical engineering with approximately 15 years of experience in the preparation and design of Bulk material handling Systems according to various standards. In this role, you will be required to independently lead a team of Engineers and Draftsmen for the design of Bulk material handling systems and utility. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the overall design and detailing of Bulk material handling projects, creation of process flows, layouts, and detailed specifications. Additionally, you will be accountable for preparing material specification sheets for further processing and selecting Bought Out Equipment, as well as generating Bills of Quantity. Your tasks will also involve reviewing sub-vendor drawings, providing comments, coordinating designs, finalizing drawings based on specifications and client requirements, and participating in design review meetings both internally and with clients for continual design improvements. Site visits may be necessary for collecting design inputs and troubleshooting any design issues that may arise, with continuous feedback provided to the Project Head. Overall, as a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of Bulk material handling projects through your design expertise, coordination skills, and commitment to meeting project requirements and standards.,
