Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities- Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and deliver product design proposals, consistently achieving a 100% on-time delivery rating. Leading design activities with the internal team, including design validation, CAE coordination, design reviews, DFMEA, and DVPR, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance. Collaborating with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, and QA teams to proactively accelerate development activities and resolve potential roadblocks. Driving continuous product improvement initiatives focused on warranty reduction and cost optimization, while adhering to APQP processes through a Total Quality Management (TQM) approach. Past experience with leading a team of around 8-10 people
