Location:

Bangalore | Type: ContractWe're looking for a

Design Lead

to shape intuitive, scalable experiences for our B2C platform. From account creation to everyday interactions, your work will define how customers engage, transact, and return.

What You’ll Own

  • Design end-to-end customer journeys across responsive and native platforms.
  • Partner with research to uncover insights and bring data into design decisions.
  • Drive system-level thinking and design consistency across user touchpoints.
  • Balance delightful experiences with functional performance and speed.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and content teams.

You Bring

  • 5–7 years of design experience in B2C products.
  • Strength in interaction design, accessibility, and component-driven systems.
  • A portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership, not just screens.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
