Design Internship

As a 3D Design Intern, you will collaborate closely with our creative and development teams to design, model, texture, and refine characters that align with our artistic vision and storytelling requirements. Your responsibilities will include creating 3D character models based on concept art or briefs, developing textures, materials, and details to enhance realism or stylization, and working with animators and rigging artists to ensure models are animation-ready. It will be essential to maintain visual consistency and meet project deadlines, as well as actively participate in brainstorming and creative discussions. To excel in this role, you should have a basic knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or ZBrush. An understanding of character anatomy, proportions, and design principles is crucial, along with familiarity with texturing tools like Substance Painter and Photoshop. Your creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn will be valuable assets. Additionally, having a portfolio or sample work showcasing your 3D character designs, whether from academic projects or personal endeavors, will be beneficial. While not mandatory, experience with rigging and animation would be advantageous, as well as knowledge of game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
