As a Rigging Artist Intern at our organization based in Indore, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our animation team for a duration of 6 months. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable hands-on experience in rigging characters and assets for various projects. Your role will involve collaborating with senior artists to learn industry-standard practices and contribute to creative endeavors. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in creating and implementing rigs for characters and props, ensuring that rigs meet animation requirements by working closely with animators, participating in testing and troubleshooting of rigs, documenting rigging processes, and contributing to workflow improvements. Additionally, you may be required to assist with other tasks within the animation department as needed. To excel in this role, you should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Animation, Game Design, or a related field. Proficiency in rigging software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or similar is essential. A basic understanding of character anatomy and animation principles, along with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, will be beneficial. Your ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, coupled with good communication skills and a proactive attitude, will contribute to your success as a Rigging Artist Intern.
