CALDERYS INDIA REFRACTORIES LIMITED is looking for Design & Installation Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Install, configure, and test complex technical systems and equipment according to customer requirements and specifications. Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and customers to understand installation requirements and develop installation plans. Conduct site surveys to assess installation feasibility, identify potential challenges, and make recommendations for efficient and effective installations. Coordinate with cross- functional teams, including technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment. Perform equipment inspections, pre- installation checks, and quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the installation process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Provide training and support to customers and end- users on the operation and maintenance of installed systems. Maintain accurate documentation, including installation logs, technical manuals, and as- built drawings. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross- selling opportunities during installations. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry standards related to the installed systems. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines throughout the installation process. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience (X+ years) as an Installation Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the systems and equipment being installed. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and installation manuals. Familiarity with installation techniques, tools, and safety protocols. Excellent problem- solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to adapt and find solutions in dynamic environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet installation deadlines. Flexibility to travel to customer sites for installations, as required. Valid driver's license and ability to operate relevant installation equipment. Certifications or training in relevant systems or equipment installations is a plus.
