Application Engineer

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
2 to 5 years of experience
in automation, special-purpose machines (SPM), or assembly/testing automation.
Experience in
Medical Devices / MedTech assembly machines is highly preferred.
Strong capability to develop technical
layouts, concept designs, and process flow
for automation equipment.
Good understanding of
pneumatics, servo systems, sensors, vision systems
and standard automation components.
Experience reviewing
customer URS/technical specifications
and converting them into feasible automation concepts.
Hands-on experience with
cycle time calculations, component sizing
, and basic engineering calculations.
Ability to support cost estimation by understanding mechanical assemblies, control systems, and automation modules.
Excellent
customer communication skills
, including requirement gathering and technical presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with cross-functional teamwork skills.
Experience with
3D/2D CAD tools
is an added advantage.
