Design Head - Product Delivery

Role Overview: As a Strategic Design Leader at YUJ Designs, your primary responsibility will be to take charge of creative execution, operational excellence, and team performance. You will play a crucial role in upholding design delivery and quality standards, scaling operations to meet market requirements, integrating AI-driven innovation, and driving customer retention and acquisition through design consulting principles. Key Responsibilities: - Lead multi-disciplinary teams including Design Directors, UX & Visual Designers, Front-End & AI Developers across various project types such as UX, visual design, service design, AI-integrated experiences, design systems, and digital transformation. - Ensure high-quality design deliverables are provided on time, within budget, and without escalations. - Mentor and elevate senior leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, high ownership, and rapid execution. - Implement AI tools and operational enhancements to increase team efficiency, scalability, and delivery speed. - Establish performance tracking, design audits, and reporting systems for real-time insights. - Collaborate with leadership to evolve operations, enhance offerings, and broaden business impact. - Promote a proactive problem-solving culture, strategic foresight, and delivery consistency. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in UX/Product/Experience Design leadership roles, managing teams of 70-150 individuals. - Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, high-impact design programs across various industries (B2B, B2C, Enterprise). - Proficiency in user-centered design, usability, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional team management. - Strong understanding of Agile methods, design systems, AI-enablement, and scalable delivery operations. - Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with a focus on action and excellence.
