Design Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Branding:

  Design logos, brand guidelines, typography systems, color palettes, and branded templates.

• Website & UI/UX Design:

  Create responsive web designs, wireframes, and user flows for websites, landing pages, and applications.

• Creative Assets:

  Deliver high-quality social media graphics, digital ads, presentations, marketing collateral, and infographics.

• Video & Motion:

  Produce and edit short-form videos, reels, and basic motion graphics.

• AI Design Integration:

  Use AI tools to enhance workflows for images, illustrations, videos, mockups, presentations, and UI designs.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive, on-brand outputs.

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE

• 4+ complete brand guidelines

  designed and implemented

• 10+ logo designs

  delivered

• 10+ websites

  designed (including wireframes and landing pages)

• 20+ digital graphics

  created (ads, posts, infographics, etc.)

• 10+ videos

  or motion graphics produced

• 4+ UI/UX design projects

  (web or mobile app interfaces)

• 18+ months handling international clients

  directly

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Expertise in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

  or

  Figma

• Strong skills in

  UI/UX design

  , responsive layouts, wireframing, and prototyping

• Hands-on experience with AI design tools

  (Midjourney, DALL•E, Runway ML, Tome, Gamma, etc.)

• Knowledge of web designing on WiX Studio and WiX Editor preferred

• Strong grasp of

  typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency

• Proficiency in using

  collaboration tools

  like Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or Slack

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent
• Prior work with creative agencies, branding firms, or digital studios
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setup
• Clear communication of design concepts and decisions
