Profile- Design Executive

Salary - Sr.Designer - 50k - 60k (7.20 Lpa)

Jr.Designer - 30k - 40k (4.80 Lpa)

Location-Delhi & Hyderabad

Key responsibility

• Understand client requirements and translate them into creative, functional designs within the company's catalog and offerings.

Present and sell your designs compellingly, ensuring the client connects emotionally with your vision.

Prepare initial concepts, final working drawings, and quotes using our internal software.

Manage the entire design journey, including site measurements, material selection at our showroom, and site validation visits.

Collaborate closely with the Execution Team to ensure your designs are implemented flawlessly.

Provide a seamless and empathetic customer experience, building trust and rapport throughout the process.

Mentor and share knowledge with junior designers, assisting in their training and skill development when required.

Achieve sales and design conversion targets through effective lead handling and client engagement

Stay updated with current design trends and be open to learning and unlearning through company-led training.

Drive efficiency by progressing projects swiftly from design to production, reducing overall timelines.
